AITIA USA products are intended for adult consumers only. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser is a minor.
2. Products & ordering
All AITIA USA products are made to order. Each doll is manufactured by Bezlya specifically for your configuration after payment is confirmed. As a result, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun (typically within 48 hours of payment confirmation).
Product descriptions, photographs, and specifications are provided in good faith based on information from our manufacturing partner, Bezlya. Minor variations in makeup tone, skin texture, and finish are inherent to handcrafted production and do not constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product unavailability.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor. AITIA USA does not store your full payment card details. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and that funds are available at the time of purchase.
Your billing statement will reflect a discreet business name unrelated to the nature of the product.
4. Intellectual property
All content on aitiausa.com — including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and page design — is the property of AITIA USA or its licensor Bezlya and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission.
