How our shipping works
Every AITIA doll is made to order at the Bezlya manufacturing facility. Your doll does not exist until you place your order — it is built, finished, and quality-checked specifically for your configuration before it ships. This is why delivery takes longer than a stock-item retailer.
We believe the wait is worth it. What arrives at your door is not a warehouse unit that sat on a shelf — it is a freshly produced piece built to your exact specifications.
Production timeline
Order confirmed: Production begins within 24–48 hours.
Production phase: 2–4 weeks, depending on current queue and your selected series. 2.2 MAX and heavily customized orders may take closer to 4 weeks.
Pre-shipment check: Each doll is inspected and photographed before packaging.
Ships: You receive a tracking number by email on the day your order leaves the facility.
Transit time
From the manufacturing facility to your door, transit typically takes 7–14 business days. Most continental US orders arrive within 10 business days of the ship date. Remote locations (Alaska, Hawaii, rural areas) may take longer. We will communicate any known delays proactively.
Discreet packaging
Your order ships in a plain, double-walled corrugated outer box. There is no branding, product name, logo, or any description of contents on the outside of the package. The shipping label shows a neutral business sender name only.
Inside, the doll is wrapped in protective foam and fabric. The packaging is designed to arrive in perfect condition and to tell no one — including household members, neighbors, or building staff — what is inside.

Continental US: Standard international freight included in product price.
Alaska & Hawaii: Additional freight surcharge may apply. Contact us before ordering to confirm.
Expedited shipping: May be available at additional cost. Contact us at the time of ordering.
Customs & import
Orders ship internationally from China and will pass through US Customs. In the vast majority of cases, they clear without issue. Customs inspection may add 1–3 business days to transit in rare cases.
Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare accurate product values on all customs documentation — we do not falsify declarations under any circumstances.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives with visible exterior damage, photograph the outer packaging before opening it. Then photograph the contents. Contact us at support@aitiausa.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier and manufacturer to resolve the issue promptly.
Failure to report damage within 7 days of delivery may limit our ability to file a claim on your behalf.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once your order has shipped, we cannot redirect or intercept the package. AITIA USA is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
